When an article has lain dormant for more than one year, a communication will be sent to its creator. If, after two weeks, no response is given, then article will be moved to The Event Horizon. If the author responds, but expresses the desire to leave the topic alone, it will NOT be moved to The Event Horizon.

Once on The Event Horizon, they are open game. If a member would like to take up the idea and develop it for themselves, they are free to do so, provided the original author has yielded consent for further development. If no response or no consent was given, the article may be recycled in Spirit. The overall idea of the article can be pulled, provided the names and general text are changed. It is indeed possible to say the same thing in many ways.

To reactivate a topic, please PM an Admin with the topic's link, and we will most likely reinstate the topic if possible. If a topic requires Spirit recycling, we will let you know.
